Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or dispatched. Please update your delivery address to your home address instead of your work address, as we do not know how long the customs department of the destination will have the parcel on hold.

How long does the battery lamp last?

The battery lasts up to 15 hours, depending on the selected brightness and light color. At low brightness, it reaches the maximum runtime, while at high brightness, the runtime is correspondingly shorter. The lamp can be easily recharged via USB cable.

Is the Battery lamp also suitable for outdoor use?

Yes! It has a protection class IP44, which means it is splash-proof and ideally suited for use on the terrace, balcony, or in the garden. However, it should not be permanently exposed to heavy rain or direct water jets.

How is the lamp turned on and off?

The lamp has a touch-sensitive switch that is used to turn it on and off. This also serves as a dimmer and selector switch for the light color:

Short tap: On → Warm White → Cool White → Warm+Cool White → Off

Long press: Stepless dimming of brightness

Is the light dimmable?

Yes! The Battery offers multiple brightness levels that can be easily adjusted.

What color is the light of the Battery Lamp?

The lamp has three white light colors that can be controlled via the touch-sensitive switch:

Warm White (~2700 Kelvin) – for a cozy atmosphere

Cool White (~4500 Kelvin) – ideal for balanced lighting

Warm+Cool White (~6000 Kelvin) – perfect for clear, focused light
